We ship worldwide. However, there might be some limitations depending on our courier , such as certain parts of Syria and Yemen. In case, an order has been placed and our courieris unable to deliver, we will notify you and refund the orderimmediately.
We aim to process the orders within 48h and ship to the customer.
Shipping lead times are:
- UK orders 1-2 working days
- Europe and the US - 1-3 working days
- Rest of the world 1-7 working days
We ship DDP to The UK and The EU at the moment.
Delivery Duty Paid means, KHV Concept will take care of custom clearance fees, taxes and other formalities.

If you have not received the order on time, contact us within 14 days from the date the order has been placed. If you contact us after this period we may not be able to claim the order.
If an order is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking number you have been provided with. Sometimes there might be delays if the address is further from our courier distribution centres.

The order will be delivered to the address you have provided. If you are unavailable at the address, another attempt will be made to deliver.
In some cases, if you know you will be unavailable, please contact the courier to leave the parcel at access point near you or at their offices, if possible.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you have provided wrong address, please contact us immediately before we have shipped your order.
In case, the order has already been shipped, we will request return from our courier and refund you. You should place a new order.
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us immediately before the order has processed and shipped.
Make sure you have provided all the correct information requested.
Some of the main reason for declining the card could be incorrect billing details or invalid payment methods.
If the above is not applicable to you, please contact your bank or payment provider, they should be able to clarify the issue.
It is not possible to estimate how much duties and taxes you will have to pay. You should call your local customs office and they will be able to help.*
*Orders placed from within the UK and the EU have all additional charges covered by KHV Concept.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the order. Items must be returned in the same condition and with the original packaging.

If you have ordered items separately, please use the pre-paid return label for each order individually. In case, you send multiple orders with one return label, we won’t be able to issue a refund accordingly.
Our soles are made in Italy, so we are following the Italian sizing. We advise to take your usual size.
