We ship directly from our warehouse in London. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can check on relevant courier website.

Important Holiday Period Notice

All orders placed between 01/12/23 to 19/12/23 have extended return period until 14/01/2024. To get your order on time by 24/12/23, please order by 19/12/23. All orders placed after 21/12/23 will be shipped on the 8/01/23 as we give additional holiday to everyone at KHV Concept. For further questions, please contact us. 

Important Notice

- We do not ship orders on the weekend and UK bank holidays. 

- We do not ship orders to PO boxes. 

-  Some international orders may be liable for additional duties and taxes. Customers in non-EU counties are responsible for paying these and they are normally charged directly through the courier in the country in which the parcel is being delivered. Failure to pay any additional taxes or duties may result in the parcel being returned to KHV Concept.
