Return Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to return your items since the order was delivered. 

 To be eligible for a return, your items must in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is enclosed in the envelope with the pre-paid shipping label. 

Failure to meet the above conditions the return will be rejected and send back to the customer. Charges will be applied for the delivery, customs and duties.

- Subject of the email: Return + Order Number 

- Order Number 

- Reason for return 

After, please use the attached pre-paid return label to the package. Leave your parcel at your local access point or call the relevant courier to arrange a pick up.

Charges

We offer free returns for The UK, the EU, the US and Canada.

Please note that the customers from countries not listed above are responsible for shipping back the products to us and covering the shipping costs.

International Orders

When returning your order, you must provide the courier with 2 copies of the Return Invoice that came with your order and attach one copy to the parcel along with your return label.
